Mahnoor Qadri

Mahnoor Qadri is pursuing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Auckland, and began the second year of study in 2023.

Born in Pakistan, Mahnoor immigrated to Auckland at the age of seven and later moved to Tauranga, where the remainder of secondary schooling was completed.

Mahnoor is a passionate and driven individual who has always held a fascination for many sciences and mathematics throughout school.

Studying Mathematics at a higher level is thrilling for Mahnoor, and a love for programming is fueled by creativity. Always looking for ways to make things independently and to figure out how things work, Mahnoor finds that computer science fits well with this inquisitiveness.

Currently, Mahnoor is interested in and dabbling in machine learning and game development, and looks forward to expanding horizons in tech and seeing where the career path leads.
