About the Awards

Sixteen years ago VSI Electronics and the Electronics Exporters Association of New Zealand (EXPANZ) recognised the need to acknowledge excellence in their industry and established the Electronics Awards.

By collaborating with the New Zealand Software Association (NZSA), the occasion evolved into what is now the prestigious New Zealand Hi-Tech Awards Programme which is wholly owned and run by the New Zealand Hi-Tech Trust.
